Service terms

Scope, timing, fees, revision limits, author responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Publishing and marketing results depend on the book, market, timing, platforms and author execution; no specific sales, ranking, review or media outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the signed project agreement, work already completed and third-party costs already committed. Approved third-party expenses are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual property

Authors retain rights to their manuscripts and pre-existing materials. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are governed by the applicable project agreement.
